ROYALTIES & PUBLISHING

Publishing royalties are collected when your song is streamed, performed, broadcast, or synced.
Master royalties are collected from DSPs such as Spotify and Apple Music.

Publishing and master splits depend on the license tier you purchase.

All Premium, Hybrid, and Exclusive licenses require correct publishing registration with your PRO.

The producer may issue a takedown or require a retroactive license.

Do I need to register the song?
Premium, Hybrid, and Exclusive licenses require publishing registration.

Can I resell or redistribute the beat?
No. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

All licenses are legally binding agreements between the Licensor and Licensee. Unauthorized use of any beat, composition, or sound recording constitutes copyright infringement and may result in takedowns, royalty claims, or legal action. Licenses are non‑transferable and non‑refundable. Licensee is responsible for correctly registering publishing splits and credits with their PRO and distributor.
